       四聯(lián)濾材所研發(fā)生產(chǎn)的干式油漆過濾紙（器）是適用于干式噴漆室內(nèi)的一種新型環(huán)保產(chǎn)品，它使噴漆、噴油不再污染。油漆過濾紙（器）一般是通過一連串的由寬到 窄的網(wǎng)狀孔來攔截氣流中的涂料粒子，但四聯(lián)科技研發(fā)的油漆過濾紙（器）采用了另一個(gè)原理：惰性分離技術(shù)。它可以有效地吸收超范圍的噴涂粒子，強(qiáng)制噴涂氣流 多次改變流動方向，這樣那些比空氣重的顆粒便會粘附在紙壁上，不會隨氣流而流走，如圖所示：
       涂料微粒于過濾紙的褶里從底部開始沉淀，直到完全堵塞通風(fēng)孔，此時(shí)油漆過濾紙（器）需要更換。
       四聯(lián)油漆過濾紙（器）會隨著飽和度增加而增強(qiáng)，這點(diǎn)與纖維過濾棉完全相反。纖維過濾棉的過濾效率會隨著飽和度增加而下降直到表面堵塞。

               Advantage of SILIAN spray booth filter：
1．    No Migration
The migration phenomenon is common when slow dry-painting used with filter cotton. The airflow will pull out particles already trapped in the mesh. Consequently, the particles have already deposited will be airborne again and migrate through the system. This result will decrease filter efficiency.
But with the SILIAN paint filter paper, the paint particles are deposited in the holding pockets which are fixed and far away from the air stream, so it isn’t effected by migration. As a result, the SILIAN paint filter paper is in a constant high filter efficiency until full holding.
2．      High Holding Capacity
Because of separation inertial, the overspray mists will be deposited in the holding pockets and keep sediment out of the air flow. The bigger the holding pockets, the better the holding capacity. The SILIAN paint filter paper has the holding pocket of 6 cm depth., that give the SILIAN paint filter holding capacity is 3~5 times higher than most common mesh filter.

The holding pockets of the SILIAN paint filter paper make its holding capacity is 3~5 times higher than common expanded paper or fiberglass filters. Although the holding pockets are full, paint filter paper can keep the airflow free; but the common paint filter will be blocking soon because of holding.
3．      Optimum Inertia Separation
     The V shape of the front wall prevents the bounce back effect of overspray.
     The back wall has a deep V shape and it is the main holding pocket of the paint filter paper
     The holes are arranged along the middle of the front wall and the side of back wall. The back holes are offset with the front holes.
     The SILIAN paint filter paper is the only self-supporting filters in the market. Their accordion structure gives them high soundness without support. This means it only necessary a simple frame and the simple paint booth construction. During paint booth maintenance, it is easy to replace paint filter paper from its frame.
4．     Keep constant air flow in the paint booth
It is a common problem that keeps uniformity air flow in the paint booth.
The accordion shape of the SILIAN paint filter paper,  the evenly spaced holes and the fact that particles sediment is out of air flow. They bring two advantages:
     The air flow is equally distributed over the whole working face of the paint booth.
     During the paint mists deposit, the airflow also keep constant uniformity.
5． Stability of static pressure
The static pressure increases slowly with the accumulation of paint particles. It has two advantages:
